What should I expect on my first visit?

The first visit is designed to allow you to know us and for our dental team to learn all we possibly can about your dental experiences, current concerns, and future goals in an unhurried environment. You will receive a private health history screening. The doctor covers all aspects of your oral health including medical history review, oral cancer screening, charting your existing dental work, periodontal tissues and any new areas of concern.

After the doctor assesses your case, a second visit will be scheduled for a hygiene (cleaning) appointment or a consultation to review initial exam findings and treatment options based on your budget, preferences and schedule.

What is your appointment and payment policy?

Appointments
Our scheduling system has been designed to make the most of your valuable time while allowing our team time to deliver the appropriate care. Your appointment is reserved specifically for you. Please give us as much advance notice as possible to change or cancel.

Payments
Payment is due at the time of service for each appointment. Your personal check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card, and Care Credit are accepted.

How do you work with dental insurance?

We do collect the full fee for your first appointment while your account is being established. After your account has been established, only your co-payment will be due at the time of service. Once your insurance payments are received your account will be credited or you will be issued a refund check.

As a courtesy, we will assist you with filing your insurance. Please keep in mind, dental insurance is a contract between you and your insurance carrier. You are financially liable for all fees billed regardless of insurance coverage. Coverage amounts, limitations and renewal dates should be verified prior to your appointment. Please be sure to complete the Dental Insurance section on your Patient Information form.

Where is your office located?

We are located 1/4 mile west of the intersection of Front Street and Cedar Run Road (Oleson’s West Plaza on the corner). Go west on Cedar Run, pass North Royal and West Royal drives, then take a right onto Skyview Court and follow the drive to the back lot. We are in the last building on the left hand side.
